I will be paying tribute to Ed McCurdy on my show TRADITIONS this Sunday April 30 from 3pm to 6pm Eastern Time. You can tune in at www.wfdu.fm (with Media Player). If you are in the NYC area you can tune in the old-fashioned way at 89.1 FM.

My guests will be Erik Darling and Clary Croft, both sharing memories and thoughts about Ed.

I will also replay a 1981 interview I did with Ed where we talk about folk music and numerous other subjects. Pure Ed. Lots of music.

Sorry for this "non-commercial radio" commercial! I just thought some of you would like to hear Ed one more time.

We actually have a calculator at the site so people can figure out the time! Who would have thought that life at the turn of the century would be so easy???

Thank you so much. I received some wonderful e-mails and calls today. Ed's son Dana surprised me with a visit and made a special program even more memorable.

Just curious... where were people listening from? Our internet streaming is rather new and I am curious who is out there. I received some e-mails from as far away as Austria. If you can, please drop me a line at [e-mail] and let me know where you are from! Just curious!

Yes I made a copy of the show. I guess I will get in touch with the folks at Mudcat to see if we can archive it here... I should update the shows we currently have online here!
