Tune into Matt Watroba's "Folk's Like Us" on WDET 101.9 from 12:00 noon to 3:00p.m. EDT and hear Rick there.

Then come to the concert this evening!

Jed, if you can get me a house concert, I'd love to come. I've had an offer from New Mexico, and then I'd have to fill in about three more on the way. Booking used to be much easier when I used an agent, but this way is proving much more fun.

Any of you who get to the workshop will learn more in an hour or so than your last teacher taught you in six months. I've seen Rick teaching at the Woods Camp, and he's great!

Hi David!

The workshop is at the home of the membership co-ordinator for Windsor Folk. I hesitate to put his name and address on the thread without asking. His home is near MacKenzie Hall where the concert takes place and for sure there will be instructions at the Saturday concert for those going to the Sunday workshop.

Windsor Folk (non-profit, voulnteer organization) hosts Rick Fielding in concert in Windsor, Ontario, Saturday, May 6, 2000, at 8:00 p.m. Matt Watroba, singer, guitarist, and host of "Folks Like Us" on WDET is opening for Rick. On Sunday, May 7, Rick will do a guitar players workshop in Windsor (limited numbers but there are still a few places left). For information on tickets and how to get there go to Windsor Folk's web site. Sorry I do not know how to do the blue clicky thing! Help from an HTML expert would be appreciated. The concert is in an intimate room, good acoustics, and modest prices!
