Subject: Rochester Sweeps' Festival From: Richard Bridge Date: 02 May 00 - 06:23 PM Who was there? What did you think? Particularly what did you think about the quality of the fringe? SHould there be more singarounds in pubs? WEre pub crowds harder to get heard over this year? Am I right the drift away from folk music in the pubs is slowly killing the quantity and quality of music, and is this putting off the dancers (who so often pack a mean singer or two)? |
