Subject: Who is Dave Steen? From: ddw Date: 10 May 00 - 08:19 PM I've had James Cotton's "Living The Blues" in the CD stack in my truck for a few weeks and finally pulled it out today to take into the house and copy lyrics from several songs I want to learn. Checking the liner notes I was a little surprised to find at least three of them (You Didn't Think About That, Take A Message and One Little Piece of Shade) are all written by Dave Steen. Does anybody know anything about him? I don't think I've encountered the name before but WOW, can that guy write good songs. Any background/biography on him would be appreciated. thanx, david |
