OK, I gotta come clean - I'm June 5th. And I'm 35 and wouldn't change it for any other age. People kid - "29 again, huh?" But you couldn't pay me ANY amount of money to go back. This is great! I may not have the body I had, but I didn't appreciate it when I DID have it! What I got now's just fine. I'm just starting to figure out who I am, and what I like, and what the hell we're doing here.

My mom was in labor late that evening and kidded with the doctor about how they were married on September 5th. He asked if she wanted to hold on a few more minutes!

But I couldn't wait to get here - 5 of 12! Funny thing, I usually hesitate a second when someone asks when my birthday is. 5th? 6th? Oh yeah.

Cheers to us all!

A friend is doing my 'natal chart' (what IS that?) for me as a gift. I can't wait to hear what it says, and will share it with y'all.

He was attacked last week by thieves who took his car and he is ok, but feeling a little down, as you can imagine.

Let's see. June 10 to 12 minus a standard 270 day gestatiion more or less...end of summer, when the weather starts to cool and the kids are back in school. I'll add my name too. I'll be 49 on June 28th. For some reason the birthdays ending in "9" are more tramatic than the ones ending in a "0". But this year I'm grateful. It's one of the best times of my life. Great friends, a few small debts and good people to sing with on a regular basis. Not to mention a great wife to share it all with. Call me lucky.
