Kathy, would this be it, perhaps? BTW "cailin rua" means "girl with red hair," or literally, "red girl".

I'm guessing a bit here, but

RUA probably = ruadh = red Cailin = Lass/girl?

With variations, that seems to be the most common Irish tune title: Cailin ruad, Mo cailin ruad, Mo cailin deas ruad, Red haired girl, etc. About a dozen can be found in the Irish tune title index on my website, but I don't have songs for any of them. www.erols.com/olsonw
