On the HBO special about baltimore there was a blues song that they called west fayette blues. But I am also a big Steve Earle fan and he has a song called south nashville blues which has the same progression as well a lot of the same words...So who gets credit for this song or is it just a close similarity? thanks

I just know that there are folks here on the 'Cat that can help with your query. I would suggest that you create a new thread, using the words "Info Req: West Lafayette Blues" in the title. I believe the lack of response to this thread is probably because of the title you gave.
