I hereby propose to mudcat that a convention be adopted for the titling of midi with lyrics files to allow users to know which .mid files have lyrics.

I suggest that the convention be to simply place an L in front of the file name of those .mid files which contain lyrics.

Therefore-

A file with lyrics would be named:

L-filename.mid

or

l-filename.mid

Conrad
