Hello my friends;

I was recently in Montauk, New York at an Irish pub called Murphys Pub and they had wonderful Irish music playing when I was there. The owner and I started talking and I mentioned how much I enjoyed the music and I asked her if she had live Irish bands at all. She said they used to have them but couldn't find any Irish musicians to play.

So...if any North Eastern Irish musicians would like to play in Montauk, just give her a call and mention that a fellow Mudcatter had posted this message. I only know one name there. Cormick McCormick. Isn't that a great name? It's real too. Call info and ask for the number of 'Murphy's Pub' in Montauk(SP) N.Y. and give them a call.

I love Montauk! I hope to spend more time there.
