I suppose it's a real joy to be able to come here and start your very own thread, but this one is number 23,749. Maybe it could have gone in as a message under the existing The Mudcat Clique? thread, which is another thread that probably didn't need to be started. No wonder Mudcat is sluggish. No wonder it's so hard to find music around this place.
Too damn many airheads, with nothing to contribute but hot air. Did the person who started this thread actually think it would be interesting to anybody?

OK, fine, Guest, your point has been made - and the exact same thing has been said many times before, quite possibly by you. And, I suppose that anybody who dares to respond to you must be proving your point - although there seems to be a logical error lurking in there somewhere.
My point is that you have said what you wanted to say. Any time you want to say the same thing again, please use the filter and search for clique and resurrect this thread with a "refresh" message. There is no need for you to take the trouble of starting yet another thread.
Perhaps you're right in contending this place is full of idiots. If so, please don't encourage them. You and I, however, must not be idiots, of course. Our condescending attitudes prove that.

I am, like a few others, fairly new to this site. But since I found out about it I have experienced nothing but friendliness and sincerity. Most of the time musicians want to sit around and play music or, can sit around and talk about music. This site is heaven sent for both old and new folk and blues musicians. A Clique - not likely, if it is then it is the largest damn clique around. My response to Those who have negative feelings about it, was a favourite saying of the late Brendan Behan " Pass the bottle and F..... the begrudgers"
