I was amazed this morning when I checked in: We can sort either ascending or descending! Who said you can't please us all? Mudcat sure does try. That's why we love it here!

Well here is another idea ...
Often when I look up a song, I bookmark it, rather than saving it to my hard drive "songs" directory. But the songs at DT have the (slight} inconvenience that I have to rename them after I save them, so that my bookmarks remain comprehensible - since a label like http://www.onstagemedia.com/cgi-shl/as_web.exe?April97+D+6199273 doesn't convey much!
It's probably not worth the bother for existing songs, but as new songs go in, could they have the page title be the same as the song title? I_don't_ mean the URL, this is presumably some sort of numbered system that is effective for you; I mean the title that shows at the top of my screen, & the upper left of my printouts.
(For example, right now it is showing "New Options")
Thanks for all your efforts!
P.S.: dick greenhaus suggested that I just download the whole database, which is a good idea, but since Max said (in another thread) that he was looking for new format ideas, I thought I'd post this thought anyway ...
