Just wanted to let people in the Maritimes know about a wonderful group who will be performing several places on Cape Breton this coming weekend. Celtic Tide a dynamic band from PEI who rocked the ECMA's this year. Featuring J.J. Chaisson on fiddle, Darla Chaisson on Piano, ( Darla may be remembered as Richard Wood's piano player), Brent Chaisson on drums, Kurt Chaisson on Guitar and a bass player who's name escapes me. He is the only non Chaisson in the group. They will be at "The Red Shoe" in Mabou on Saturday and are a featured act at the Highland Village concert in Iona, and will be at Granville Green as well. Catch them if you can they are the band on the year for certain...KGH
