Sorry about this, I know I should probably have figured this one out by now, but I don't know how to post tunes, and I don't know where to go to find instructions.

The other thing is, I posted some lyrics on a thread called "Lyr Req: Antiwar lyrics" and I was wondering whether I'll need to post them again if I want to put them on the database, or if they are automatically posted by our lords and masters.

Cheers Guvnor(s)

Have a look at:  Mudcat FAQ - Newcomer's Guide  for a start.  There are links to all sorts of stuff there, including information about ABC and MIDITEXT for posting tunes.

a pm or e-mail to Joe Offer with an exact location of the posted lyrics might not hurt either. or post the location to this thread here called 'songs you've posted'

G'day Lox,

" ... our lords and masters ... " ?

Actually, I tend to think of them more as a bunch of craggy Scots ship's engineers, down there in the engine room making sure that the good ship Mudcat keeps cruising the world - and picking up her appointed cargo of songs and music.

Well, this image may coloured by the fact that I have just posted a beaut song (Ballina Whalers), elsewhere, by a craggy Scots ship's engineer I used to know in Sydney ...

Regards(les)s,

Bob Bolton
