Trying to locate casette tapes (or a connection for purchase) made by this group and any information about their work and their personnel. I'm trying to build a program for Winter Solstice and the sound and lyric of some of their work would fit well.

English singers Dave Webber and Anni Fentiman are the core of that group, and I understand they are having the tape remastered as a CD. I will post contact information later this morning, if someone else doesn't beat me to it. (Gotta go in the house to get the CD Contstant Lovers) They will be in the states in the fall, and in Portland OR on Oct 22, I know that.

Beggars Velvet is now available on CD. From Camsco, of course. If you insist on cassette, Camsco can supply those too.

Hi Barbara,

I did sell Camsco to Dick. I don't know if he's carrying the Beggar's Velvet cassette or not.

I'm not in competition with him. Dave and Anni are friends and I have some recordings of theirs that I ship off to stateside locations when they're over here doing gigs.

Word has it that they will be doing a house concert at Sue & Charlie West's in York, ME on October 24.

I don't know if this is a confirmed date, but I'll let Sue know about this thread.

Well, if they're in Portland OREGON on the 22 of October, a Sunday, they'll be doing some jet lagging to sing Tuesday the 24th in Maine. It's possible, tho. What about the DC area, anything there?
