Subject: Sea Chanties in Jersey? From: GUEST,ShadowMonk Date: 06 Sep 00 - 03:00 PM Well, I'm stuck here in Madison New Jersey, with no car and only public transportation to get around with and I want to find someplace where I can go join in Sea Chanty sing alongs. Any help? |

Subject: RE: Sea Chanties in Jersey? From: SINSULL Date: 06 Sep 00 - 04:41 PM Cross the river to the South Street Seaport and you will be shantied to death. By the way, why aren't you studying? Your father warned us that you were on the loose. If you visit Hearme any night, you will be likely to find some live performances of shanties. Sailor Dan and Jon Freeman are frequent contributors. Welcome. Mary |
