It would be great to learn the lyrics, in Gaelic or in English, for Iain Ghinn' Cuaich as performed by Capercaillie, but mostly I was just wondering if it were a traditional Scottish song or is it something new. Anyone out there know?

for the lyrics go to the Capercaillie Website. Can't help you with the other part of your question though.

It is very much a traditional Scottish song.
