The first CatConcert on HearMe will be Thursday, Sept. 28 in the Mudcat Concert Room on the HearMe page at 8:00. At bat will be Woodchucks' Revenge, a trio from central Vermont. WR consists of me (Sandy Morse, vocals, guitar, banjo, mandolin, mandola), Midchuck (Peter Cady, vocals, guitar, bass), and MizChuck (Kristina Cady, vocals, fiddle, bass). We have a pretty eclectic repertoire which includes a lot of contemporary faux folk songs. Keyboarding during the concert will probably be handled by my daughter Dee, in which case chat will be welcomed.
WARNING: HearMe is subject to breakups, involuntary disconnections, etc. so be patient during it. We'll do everything we can to keep it going. We've done some experimenting with sound setup, so feedback will be welcomed (although I don't promise to necessarily accept it gracefully)I hope many of you drop in to hera what we're doing.

Oh Bigchuck - That sounds wonderful! Very late for me though, might there be a chance of taping it for us UKers? just a thought.

I'm going to try to tape it here. If you feel absolutely impelled, we do have (Warning!!!Crass Commercial Content) 2 recordings available. If the tape works out allright I'll be happy to copy it for anyone.

I'll try to be there. I'm home with the flu today and was in bed by 8 last night. And in the evenings I have to take a number and stand in line to get at the 'puter. But I'll try. Seems like every time I try to hear you Woodchuck's something gets in the way!

Sending up prayers Midchuck... I know it was breaking up bad on Tuesday, but the tehnology imps should be appeased I'm actually learning to do a thing or two my kids can't. If that's not enough I'm fixin milk and cookies anyway... Waitin on tonite....

Hopefully will get in and be able to listen. I "hoseyed" the 'puter yesterday for tonight, but couldn't get one particular person to agree to abide by it.
