I'm looking for piano notation for Jon Lennons Imagine I've tried the net but no luck does anybody know a good site Fergie

Can't help with a site, but I have a friend who has the music in a book, anad with some patience I can write it out for you in catwalk, and you can pick it up I hope Brigie...............it will take some days..........

I just tried about a dozen search engines. Nothing in terms of complete notation for the tune. But having played this song many years ago, and having watched Lennon play it (from archival film footage) I can tell you he uses very basic 3 note chords to shape his C, F, E, and other chords in the song.

The best I can do (maybe someone has better searching skills than I) is to provide you with a lead sheet transcription which I found. It has the melody and the chords. It's better than nothing and, it's free. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) installed on your computer first, in order to view and print out this transcription.
