Lyr/Tune Req: The End of a Perfect Day

Please help! I have to find the music/lyrics to "The End of a Perfect Day" or "When you get to the end of a perfect day" for a funeral on Saturday. The lady was 90 years old and requested we sing this song, but no one has the music! I have been searching the web for the last two hours with no result! Can anyone point me in the right direction??????????????

It's in the Lester Levy collection. Both lyrics and music are there.
