Help: Guitar Chord sites

Hi,

Can someone tell me if there are any good sites where I can get the guitar chords for Irish folk tunes such as reels, jigs, hornpipes ?

ALSO

Are there any sites which have guitar chords for traditional songs such as A Stor Mo Chroi, Black Velvet Band, Finnegans Wake -> Irish/English and Scottish songs if possible.

AND FINALLY

If I wanted to go about working out the chords for a piece of music that I had the sheet music for then how would I do that - is there a good tutorial anywhere on the web.

there seems to be at least 11 version of every tune I look for - my next problem is owrking out which version is the one I want !
