Subject: Any live music in Bath, NY? From: Knappo Date: 26 Oct 00 - 05:41 AM Hi, I am going to be in the Bath, NY area on Monday Oct.30 and was wondering if there are live music venues in the area? Or failing that, at least a good brewpub? Thanks as always. Tom |
Subject: RE: Help: Any live music in Bath, NY? From: wysiwyg Date: 26 Oct 00 - 08:33 AM Going through PA at all? South of Corning or Elmira? For Bath, try contacting the Family Life Network. It's Christian radio. They do a lot of concerts themselves and may know of secular acoustic stuff going on in the area, or other folks to check with. The Ithaca Guitar Works in Ithaca is also up, sometimes, on stuff farther away, since they are a major source for instruments, repairs, supplies, etc. for southern NY players. Please PM me if you will be in our neck of the neck of the woods, if you want to meet. There are a few other NY Mudcatters too, and depending which way you're heading you might run across one or two. ~S~ |
