I live in the country and had to wait till i visited london to have half a chance of finding silverstein recordings.

so it's not surprising i haven't heard of them.

I don't think the song list on that site is complete. I have a CD of Shel Silverstein songs and most of them are not on that list. Where are Making A Mess Of Success, I Hear America Singing, You're Still Gonna Die, and Killed By A Cocoanut? There are more but that is all I remember off the top of my head.

just checked, the site's still up and running, all a sane(?) person could wish to know about the late lamented Shel Silverstein.

they're probably laughing too hard in heaven to kick him out for telling jokes you shouldn't tell in heaven.

I have been looking for the words to an old Shel Silverstein tune called "one more minute to go"...I believe it was on the "unicorn" album, does anyone know the words to this tune....? Thanks....
