Subject: Sea Music in Texas From: GUEST Date: 02 Nov 00 - 07:45 AM For anyone interested, the Texas Maritime Museum in Rockport, Texas, is hosting a music festival this weekend. Some performers there will be Marc Bernier(of Mystic Seaport), The Ancient Mariner Chantymen, Pint 'n Dale, I don't know who else. If your in that neighborhood though it sounds like a good time. Subject: RE: Sea Music in Texas From: Naemanson Date: 02 Nov 00 - 07:53 AM Sounds like a great time Marc. Unfortunately Rockport Texas is too long a hike from Rockport, Maine. For the others who read this, the lineup given above is stellar! This is going to be a great show! And make sure you ask Bill and Felicia (Pint & Dale) about Ranzo! |

Subject: RE: Sea Music in Texas From: GUEST,Frank of Toledo Date: 02 Nov 00 - 01:44 PM We had Felicia & Bill in concert this past August, and Ranzo accompanied them from his cage and the audience loved the "bird" as well as Pint N Dale. Check into a duo called the Roundes, Hank Cramer & Steve Guthe. I think they are playing at the Texas gathering. We are having them here in Toledo (Oregon!) in May 2001. |

Subject: RE: Sea Music in Texas From: GUEST,Liam's Brother Date: 02 Nov 00 - 07:08 PM I was with Marc Bernier as recently as last Tuesday night. He was in fine fettle singing and played the fife wickedly. I'm sure this will be a great festival. Sorry I'll be so far away.
All the best, |
Subject: RE: Sea Music in Texas From: GUEST,Marc Date: 08 Nov 00 - 07:48 AM It was a great fesival. Pint 'n Dale, The Rounders, The Barkentones, Marc Bridgeham, Steve Curley, The Ancient Mariner Chanteymen, Margret Mcandles, and myself. Hospitality was great, the facility fine, weather alittle tough, music couldn't be beat. I highly recommend the second annual to anyone who can make it. Cheers Marc Bernier |
