I just happened to enter the name of a song in Yahoo, and lo! and behold! , it brought me back here to the Mudcat Cafe where I have not been in many months!!!

And I see there were actually some responses to my original post from back in '99. I had given up long ago!!

I nearly fell out of my chair when Barry T. answered my question. And since I don't know how to contact Barry T. I just want to post and say Thank You!!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!!!

I have been looking for that song for ... cough, sputter, clear throat.... over 25 years!! And now that I know that "If I Had a Wagon..." was done by "Up With People", I can go to their web site and contact them to get this song from my childhood!

So, thank you Barry. T, and thank you Mudcat Cafe!! This is a wonderful place you have here with very nice helpful people. What a refreshing surprise.

A good reason to become a member and visit us frequently. I came here one year ago looking for some lyrics, and found a lot of knowledgeable and generous people who openly offered their friendship. I hope you will stay and share your music too !- Andrés

Ditto to what Escamillo said. And if you look around you will see that there are increasing numbers of 3D gatherings taking place in many parts of the Mudcat world. One took place in Scotland a few days ago. Another was in California. New Hampshire will soon be the site of yet another. These are just some of the many wonders of this place.
