Subject: Xmas Rhymes / Poems: Children From: Tomsk Date: 23 Nov 00 - 08:27 AM All this talk of Xmas and Reindeer makes me think of a childhood rhyme that I can't remember, it starts.. It's Christmas you know, Firemeta (spelling??) At least it's the night just before... He doesn't come in at the window And he doesn't come in at the door... Santa Clause moves in mysterious ways... Over the rooftops he glides And down the chimneys he slides... etc etc Anybody recognise this?? Can any body fill in the gaps or correct my failing memory? --------- Tomsk |
