I am a folk music lover and songwriter, although this particular query isn't exactly pertaining to that style of music - I felt that there must be other folk music lovers who also dig good electronic dance/techno/acid music. I am a composer/singer/songwriter in Long Beach, CA looking for a talented female vocalist to breathe life into some fantastic, original dance/techno/acid music tracks. Think Garbage meets Lords of Acid. Must have an excellent sense of harmony and melody as well as a variety of range and expression. I also want someone reliable. This is a speculative collaboration. No, Garbage is an awesome techno/rock band from Scotland, fronted by Shirley Manson. Their music is awesome, especially the album Version 2.0. Their song "Special" is one of my favorites!
