This is something I habven't heard of. However, I could make some educated guesses.

There is a museum related to sailing, etc, and of course my mind is drawing a blank on it right now!!! I know it's down on Penn's Landing, for what that's worth. I could take you there if I were home, but I'm in sunny California right now. But that museum could well be the organization behind this.

I tend to doubt if it's sponsored by the Folk Song Society, because they've made no advance announcement of any such event. However, their monthly newsletter would hopefully mention it. Mine may have arrived at my home, but I'm not there (see above).

There is a tall ship that sails out of Philadelphia, called the Gazella. I know a couple of people, both folky types, who crew on her. I would ask them, (if I were home--see above!)

I can check these things out when I get home. The best way to remind me is to email me in about a week, after I'm back, at Marymac90@aol.com

Love, Marymac
