I'm reading an old library book called "On Many Seas" written by Frederick Benton Williams and published in 1897. The author mentions part of a chorus and unfortunately no more. Has anyone ever come across this?

"And he'll send you up to the Ar'tic with two suits of dungaree"

Any information welcome. I've tried the DT and Google but no luck. Thanks.

Ted

Could be a verse from Paddy West but not familiar with it as a chorus. Sorry. Yours, Aye. Dave
