Robert Herrick's (1594-1674) Candlemas Eve is in the DT. But the lyric there doesn't include Herrick's concluding couplet, perhaps because it's in a different meter from the rest of the lyric. Here it is:

Thus times do shift; each thing his turn does hold;
new things succeed, as former things grow old.

T.

Some repeats were omitted. Herrick's concluding couplet in it's entirety:

Thus times do shift; thus times do shift; each thing his turn does hold;
New things succeed, new things succeed, as former things grow old.
