Will someone help me with the original Carte Family words to "You Are My Flower"? Not the later Flatt and Scruggs version. It is great but I need the original words. Jeepman

Sorcha, that is part of the song. This is the later version. The Carter family version started off "The grass is just as green, the sky is just as blue"???

Thanks for your help. Jeepman

Dont know if you care, but, I do this a bit different..mostly because I'M different! I drop the E down to D and play it in the D position in the key of F. This lets me run down the whole chord.
