Does anyone know the lyrics and chords to Church Street Blues? I checked out the DigiTrad and Cowpie, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks TequilaRon.

Well, I guess you don't have to scroll after all. Jim Dixon, the poster, might have the chords........

This is one of the songs Norman Blake teaches in his new Homespun video (coming out in the February catalog).

Anglo, Thanks for the heads-up on the Homespun Tape. It is as good as ordered. Thanks also to Sorcha and Jim Dixon. As always the Mighty Mudcat comes through. Ron

I have always heard and sung verse two as;

Found myself a paper, Friends, read yesterday's news
Folded up page twenty-one and stuck it in my shoes.

This seem s to make more sense to me than:

Found myself a picker-friend's read yesterday's news
Folded up page twenty-one, stuck it in my shoes.
