Mikey, try going to Google and typing in Neko Case. I got LOTS (55) of hits with Copernic. Some of them were reviews, but a lot are order sites. This site is in Illinois, USA, but they only charge you $7.00 extra (over regular shipping) to ship international, regardless of how many CD's you order.
