Subject: RE: Lyr Req: I know you rider From: Joe Offer Date: 31 Jan 01 - 03:30 PM This link (click) should get you to the lyrics here at Mudcat. Spaw's link was to a site called "Yet Another Digital Tradition," which is a mirror of our database. Max has two or three search engines that access our database, but it's hard to tell which engine you'll get and how it will do the search - so sometimes you come up empty, even when the song is there. The "titles" lists are the very worst way to access our database. -Joe Offer- |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: I know you rider From: catspaw49 Date: 31 Jan 01 - 06:26 PM Hey Joe....I didn't search titles. I tried a straight up search on SS first and got blitzed as DB had. I went to the mirror and got it, but since you mention it.....The mirror site rarely has the same search problems in terms of getting blanks or searching on titles. I suspect this is because of the multi search setup but am I right or wrong? Spaw |
