Subject: RE: Kent Dushane ?????? From: Bristol Ted Date: 05 Feb 01 - 01:56 PM Hi bloozcat Kent DuChaine (and Leadbessie, the guitar) was/were at a club called the Albert Hole in Bristol recently as part of a tour of the UK. He was great and I bought two of his CDs - "Take a Little Ride with Me" and "Playin' the Blues Live at Les Loufiats", a French live session. The live performance was as good as the CDs and vice versa. He had a wonderful contact with the audience, we all felt he was singing for us individually. He has a website which I'm sure you will pick up with the correct spelling, it was linked to a Blues site giving details of other Blues artists and their concert dates. Please let me know if you have a problem and I'll try and find it again. Glad to hear of someone else interested in this guy, his recording and live performance of the old classic "Fever" is something to shout about. Cheers. Ted |
