Subject: RE: Lyr Req: ?Paltalk From: Bagpuss Date: 20 Feb 01 - 11:19 AM I clicked on the link in the email to register and it didnt work. Now everytime I open it up it tells me to register - i just click OK and it lets me carry on anyway. Bagpuss |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: ?Paltalk From: Katcina Date: 20 Feb 01 - 10:04 AM Jocko, I hadn't lost my E~mail, but they never sent it on three different IDs and the simplest solution was to simply put in a different E~mail to which they sent an E~mail which I replied to. |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: ?Paltalk From: Katcina Date: 19 Feb 01 - 11:23 PM They make mistakes. I've had that happen in the past but it doesn't explain why you can't log on. Go back to paltalk.com and download a tiny program called regfixer. That should solve the log on problem. Now for the E~mail problem, what I have had to do is erase the old one after I got logged on and insert another different E~mail to finally get it through. It's the only solution I know other than going into a Pal Talk help room and talking to one of the Pal Talk admin about it. Hope this helps. |
