Tomorrow night, that'd be Wed Feb 28th, 10 pm Eastern, on Canada's History Channel, there's gonna be a show about the mining disaster at Hillcrest, in the Crows Nest Pass region of Southern Alberta... This disaster was the inspiration for the James Keelaghan Song "Hillcrest Mine"

Some of you folks may wanna tape it!

Sorry I missed this. (I do care). Thanks for the heads up Tho. I just drove through this area last month. As I drove over the pass, lo and behold two crows just a sittin' and watchin'. Loved the biggest truck in the world too. Steve

It actually ended up being about 2 different Crowsnest Pass disasters... the burring of a town by a 2 mile landslide, and a few years later the explosion and death at Hillcrest... It was quite informative, but there was no sign of James' song
