Monty Norman who is credited with writing the James Bond theme tune began a libel case against a British newspaper on Monday March 5th 2001. The paper repeated claims that he was not the author. John Barry claims that he wrote the theme to the film Dr No and not Norman. It will be interesting to see what transpires.
