For those of you interested in Acappella / Harmony and live around Notts (UK) Coope Boyes & Simpson are gigging on Friday 23rd March (7.45pm) at the HUCKNALL Community Centre just north of Nottingham. CBS are probably the finest purveyors of this style of traditional and contemporary music in the UK and recorded several CDs. Superb sound & well worth investigating! Any more info - website? Heard one of their CDs the other week and it made the hair stand up on the back of several people's necks - like in a an impressed way!! Currently, streuggling with "Shallow Brown" as repertoire - CBS are a lot cleverer than at first casual listen might imply. Soooo - more info - ANYONE???

Well, for you folks in the US who haven't been lucky enough to hear this amazing a capella trio, CAMSCO Music carries all of their CDs--and at a lower price than the poor Brits can get them for.
