G'day,
This poem was written in 1890 by Henry Lawson, one of Australia's best known poets. It was set to the traditional Irish tune "Durrow" by Alison. I added the melody line for the chorus and Foster & Alison sing the result in Sydney folk clubs. IRELAND SHALL REBEL
