There's another Wallflower Waltz, by kd lang. It's equally sweet, but I don't know how it compares tunewise, 'cos I haven't heard this one, and my computer can't play MP3 or real audio stuff - only WAVs

and there's a Bobby Dylan song called Wallflower which is played in waltz time, it's on the Bootleg series CDs.

Bob Dylan's Wallflower was also a David Bromberg standard. IMHO he performed it better than Dylan does.

Tune is available for mailing if interested . Followup question - how to transcribe a MIDI/ABC tune into TAB (for tin ears like mine)??

I had never seen this thread before. I'm just adding information: if you go to the thread called New CD: Paris by Sharyn Dimmick, Joe Offer has posted a link to an audio file of me singing "The Wallflower Waltz" as written, with the original words, chords and tune structure.
