And though I hail from the land of vineyards and mountains and olive trees, Epona, my sister, of the green and white islands, must be obeyed and honored as well. The man has not lived who can ride her into submission...much less cajole her into the cooking of his breakfast or disposing of his trash. Elderflower wine? A magical drink and a fit offering...but I thirst for something hot and thick and sweet... chocolate perhaps?
