Dear Sirs,

It's very difficult to find the information of the American composer John P. Ordway. Only I can found in internet is the lyric of his song HOME DELIGHTS.I'm interested in this composer because there is a Chinese song called "Farewell" in early 20 century which was adapted one of Ordway's tune and now become an all-time classic in China.Can you help me to find more of his inf. includes sheet music, lyrics and recordings of his song?

Hi, Louis - Click here for a Google search for Ordway, and you'll find some information.
Also, take a look at the Lester Levy Sheet Music Collection (click), and you'll find lots of Ordway sheet music. I didn't check, but you'll probably find lots of Ordway music at the American Memory Collection (click) at the U.S. Library of Congress.
As you can see, he was a prolific songwriter in the 19th century. Good luck finding what you're looking for.
