It was recorded at the Banevig Studio and has the number SILV001 (1998)
Other than through Johnny himself I don't know where you would get a copy. Hope this is of some help.

I don't know where you are based Dom but if you are in the UK Johnny Silvo and Diz Dizzley are together at Cleckheaton Folk Festival the first weekend in July.
