As Amergin's agent I feel duty bound to point out that my standard 50% fee is missing from Amergins original estimate, then there's posting, packing etc. Just send $200 and we'll take care of it (if you haven't heard from us by August or September..... you probably never will)

If you look at the first post to this thread, you'll see instructions on how to order. You need to e-mail Max and use the secure server to make your payment, or send in a check.

OK, here's my question, before I pester Max:

I was having difficulty with my email, and until my new email address was functioning, was just reading my mail right off the server. That's when I got the calendar. And I couldn't figure out how to copy the attachment to something I could get back to later, so forwarded it (that was probably my first mistake) to my(paying)self. OK, so the attachment didn't follow because Max is a genius, and now my mail is gone from the server, because I am not.

Any advice?
