Anyone know where to find this lovely song I heard once on E.R.? Words I recall went something like..."All alone, we will someday die, it's just sand and water, baby..." Can anyone help? Thanks millions!

From a brilliant album which I have but whose name I have forgotten - all relates to the death of her bloke (hsuband?) from cancer and very much the value of time.
