Just so you know, if the Mudcat Snug is up on Paltalk, the password is "dt" Sometimes, there are concert in the Mudcat Concert Room, usually on Thursday nights. The password for that one is "marmot". You also may need to have your firewall turned off, if you have one, in order to hear in Paltalk. Usually someone posts a thread if they open a room, although Frank aka Francy, who used to be known as Frank in Toledo (OR) usually opens his Toledo Folk room every afternoon. Hope to see you in there sometime! kat |
Subject: RE: What? No more hearme/hearyou ?? From: Jon Freeman Date: 21 May 01 - 07:58 PM Hearme died and most of us moved over to Paltalk which can be downloaded from here. There are a few rooms "owned" by Mudcatters that are openend "as and when" - off the top of my head, at the moment, there is Celtic Friends, Toledo Folk and The Mudcat Snug. There is also a great variety of other music rooms some of which are live music rooms. Note: to see all the music rooms, you need to have the "show adult rooms" box checked (A number of people use the adult setting simply to avoid Paltalk's automatic censoring on General rooms). Jon |
Subject: What? No more hearme/hearyou ?? From: Rosebrook Date: 21 May 01 - 07:46 PM I've been gone for a long stint. I'm wondering what has become of the hearme sessions -- that used to be a lot of fun to listen to others and participate in sharing music. What's up? Rose |
