Today my underwear, for example, is in a shocking color of day-glo green, with red and white stripes, alternating around little rainbow colored spectacle shaped raised and embossed decorations.

I love it when someone remarks that BS topics will be the death of the Mudcat - Everytime someone says that I look at the thread list and see a TON of music related threads - certainly much more that the "total BS" type of stuff that seems to annoy people the most.

My only issue (and it is a tiny one) is that without the "BS" in the thread name I check out the thread in the hopes that it is about a weird song. I have a weakness for "novelty" songs and I am always looking for new ones. Without the "BS" it is a bit of a disappointment.

It is funny, people are often insisting that other people follow rules (or suggestions) that don't actually exist at the Mudcat and yet many people don't bother to have the common sense to follw what few rules (or suggestions) that DO exist.

My dream is that every stupid BS topic would evolve into a song (that used to happen more often around here).
