HUH??? Well, in another thread, Clinton Hammond offered a couple of tapes he had, that he didn't want, to the first Mudcatter that could say they wanted them. And then I said I would take any gospel tapes he had and didn't want.... I was sorta kidding, but now some books and maybe a tape are headed my way from other folks! Oh, that Mudcat!

So, for the record, if you have any GOSPEL audiotapes of any sort (or related material, books, CDs, videos, sheet music, hymnals......), and you don't want them, YES, I want you to PM me about it!

Anyone else? Let the great exchange begin. What music do YOU want, if someone is purging their collection?

I suppose a cut to Max would be appropriate. *G*

Susan, email me on what sort of things you're looking for -- there is a lot of gospel hymnals/sheet music at local thrift shops which I could pick up for you fairly cheaply.

Oh no, I don't want to pay-- I just want to prevent these things from falling into the wrong hands (meaning not MY hands) or the trash heap.

But it is SO nice of you to offer. If I started buying them I'd go broke! Even if they are cheap! I'd never stop!

Of course if you would like to donate any materials to the Library.... but then you'd probably like to see it first huh. It is coming... the first batch is out being piloted for feedback on how I have it set up, and you will be first on the list to get those sets next.... a second batch will start with Jeep Man and go on from him to another group... and the third batch will go to the UK. As soon as I get the feedback I need from the one checking how I've got them set up. So I can merge her ideas into the rest and get them OUT. Then the batches will switch and you will see them all, eventually.

No COD. Same idea as Kat's thread. Handle money like this: Send $10 to person with garbahge to give, who sends anything left after packaging and shipping to Max.

People who can't pay say so and presents are up to the sender.

Maybe cheaper... tapes do degrade.

But never moind organizing it-- for now, let's just find out what people would WANT, so we keep an eye out for each other's wants.

Max want's me to help generate $$, he can put up some good banners and I'll click 'em...

Including Max -IS- a good idea... but in my case, I'm expecting to exchange any $$ at all...

Like if Matt and I can work out the trade of a green man mask for that box of old RPG mineatures that I want gone from my sight... there'll be no money exchange there either...

Just good old fashioned TRADE!
