One of the wonderful summer folk festivals occurs July 13 - 15, 2001 in Bliss, Michigan. Any 'Catters going or performing?

...I'm not going, but my good friend Mark Wright the tie dye guy will be there. He's about as alternative as they come and although he looks scarey, he is a dear friend. He winters in the forest in Florida. I vist him and we swim in Echo Pond. Say hi to him for me, Mickey. But don't believe anything he tells you about me. Ask him to tell you why he doesn't go to Winfield anymore. It's a hilarious story!!! hg

It's a thought, since I'm over here then. Getting on for 5 hours travelling up there though, so that's a biggie. How much is it to get in? cos if I'm blowing $30 or so on gas then another $30-50 on tickets would be a bit steep for a weekend...

Graham, HERE is the website for the festival. The non-member weekend rate is indeed $55.00 US. If you desire to camp there is a $5.00 permit fee.
