Nick - I can't find them on the web - but a goodle search did show several songbooks for sale with the chords in them.

I couldn't find Dana's recording online, but I listed to recordings by Slim Whitman and by Foster & Allen on Spotify, and compiled this:

[This song, sung by Dana, was Ireland's entry in, and the winner of, the 1970 Eurovision Song Contest. It was a #1 hit in Ireland and the UK, and had a modest success in Australia, but was virtually unknown in the US—as are nearly all of the Eurovision songs.

[IMHO, this song cries out for a parody. I can only imagine what Homer & Jethro would have done with it.]
